Vorlan Group, Inc. built the Screen On Call app as a free utility. This service is provided by Vorlan Group, Inc. at no cost and is intended for use as-is.

This app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or sensitive user data.

The following permissions are requested solely to enable core functionality:

• READ_PHONE_STATE – Detects phone call state
• SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW – Displays overlay during calls
• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED – Starts service automatically on boot
• FOREGROUND_SERVICE – Maintains background functionality during calls
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS – Shows call-related notifications
• MANAGE_OWN_CALLS & FOREGROUND_SERVICE_PHONE_CALL – Handles internal call service behavior

The app does not use internet access. No analytics, advertising, or third-party SDKs are integrated.

Children’s Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. No data is knowingly collected from minors.

Security

Since no user data is collected or stored, there is no risk of information leakage or misuse.
